It’s a good product, but the company seems confused on what direction they’re going in. Communication is severely lacking within the company. Once they sold out to PE, everything took a turn for the worse. They’re more interested in short term profit vs. having and maintaining a quality product and company. The company has achieved an incredible market share and is pushing the boundaries of a highly specialized industry. The problem is the TAM is extremely small and limited to continuously pursue additional revenue. The quota was given by the VC firm and completely unrealistic. I would recommend FSP for anybody outside of a sales/revenue generating/IC role.
