Former Employee My experience at Factur was a mix of high potential and significant challenges. While I was able to drive results and build client relationships, poor training and lackluster leadership made it difficult to fully leverage opportunities and scale success consistently. Despite these hurdles, I honed my skills in solution selling, negotiation, and relationship management, which allowed me to achieve strong results in a challenging environment.
