negative. everyone hits quota, but theres no money. with the 38k base which is criminal, im on track to make $70k this year and im over 200% quota.

FareHarbor is a wonderful place to work! I feel so incredibly supported by my team and colleagues. Product is a great market fit so selling it has been great. Sales leadership is supportive of our teams, and sets attainable quotas. We also have great benefits. Can’t recommend enough.
