Lots of finger-pointing and an overall negativity culture. The pay was terrible but expectations were of course through the roof. Marketing was non-existent and what few leads came in were trash. The pay might not be bad for an entry-level salesperson if you don't mind putting up with the negativity in exchange for a nice name on your resume. But if you have experience, don't want a stressful culture, and want to make good money, I recommend looking elsewhere.
