Company culture wins at Feathr. My personal experience with management, from my direct supervisor to the top leadership, has been stellar. They are genuine, candid, transparent and honestly strive to make Feathr a great place to work.

Poorly run sales org. After hiring me and one other AE, they immediately asked us to be SDRs. To which we obviously said no after going through an enire interview process to be AEs. It never really improved from there. The revenue side of the house is very unorganized. The internal side of the company is well run, however. Good culture outside of the sales org.
