The SDR role at Cvent is very dependent on where you are placed. As an outbound SDR on the Mid-Market team i am expected to source opportunities solely from cold leads and prospecting. Poor training and commission payout structure. Changed quotas unexpectedly and following hardcore micromanagement since merger last year. Everyone I grew up with there wound up leaving because of toxic work environment mixed with poor pay. Great product, poor leadership.
