Fieldwire is an awesome company. My experience has been great outside of compensation. There are some roadblocks that limit you from earning a lot of money (lower base, lower ACV & anything above 12k gets passed to AMs so no expansion). But great product, 1yr away from truly rivaling Procore, but it typically sells itself. Leadership is awesome & so is the development of the reps.

My experience has been solid so far! If the base pay was a little bit higher & we added integrations to compete w/ Procore, this would be the best place out there.

Great place to work. Would prefer to have an office for continued training, but they adjust well. Comp is a bit lower than average, but the lead flow is strong and the product can sell itself for the right people. There are a lot of really good people here to learn from.
