Former Employee NPS of 2.4 and no marketing. Makes it hard on the sales team to even come close to hitting quota. Would be a great company if they had a better product and systems because they have really great benefits (PD, home office, remote first [with offices all over the US]). Lending business is awesome and keeps it all afloat.
