Overally I really like Fiix Software, great product that has a very healthy inbound flow and potential for outbound. The team and the manager have been supportive. Growth and career trajectory is possible if you strive work hard and deliver, but that's pretty much anywhere.

There is a lot of opportunity to train and develop sales skills. Access to udemy, sales books and courses are expense claimable. Excellent coaching, Manager reviews calls and gives feedback every week, emphasising on SPIN. Tech stack is also bulletproof, SFDC, outreach, gong, ZoomInfo.
