Good people working for the company, but ZERO direction and structure for business development side of things. Leadership is terrible. Throwing a lot of stuff against the wall and hoping it sticks. Communication between departments is a game of telephone. You never know what you’re going to get/whats accurate.

Learned a lot but quickly realized that selling a product directly to developers is not for me. Highly technical product and less of a SaaS platform like the team is trying to position.

Very throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks sales process. No one is really consistently hitting quota. And there is a lot of pressure to perform and not much activity from leadership to fix a broken sales process
