Low salary for a senior level rep, but lowest comp structure I have seen and very hard to blow it out of the water or achieve anywhere close to 170- 200+k. More laid back in their balance, but if you are looking to save money in a high cost market beware and go for a company that aligns with your future 3-10 year financial goals, unless you want to go into management, which you will be waiting awhile for too.

Company has good products and culture. However there is a direct disconnect between product developers and customer wants/needs. Comp is on the lower end and you must have new business to really get paid. Meaning if you are in a well saturated territory it is hard to grow it 15% every year without a new hospital to convert.
