Current Employee The sales organization is very technical, and technology focused; sometimes the focus on value-add and importance of needing newer technology in a manufacturing environment is recognized by opportunities and customers.
It is important to listen to the potential client to find a good balance between technical sales, value add for the customer and commercial alignment at the end.
