Former Employee Fourth (HotSchedules) has a decent product and offering for the market as well as a great brand presence . Your success in the role is entirely dependent on how many leads you are given by the higher ups based on territory or team. If you are graced with a high lead territory or team, then you will make fine money but nothing spectacular. The management who decides what your activity metrics are and the best way to sell/set up territories were very rarely promoted to those positions but pulled from outside organizations causing a hight turnover of middle management and bad leadership. It's a great introductory job for the industry but do not expect growth opportunities for most roles and expect to sell into highly saturated markets (Employee Scheduling, ATS Systems, and Payroll).
