Fourth is a terrible company to work for. The leadership comes from the US and the UK side of the business is considered an afterthought even though we outperform the US. The business is failing due to poor management and leadership and the workers are suffering with pay being taken away.

While the people are good and caring, the company has not adjusted for the times and changing ICP. They are moving from focusing on restaurants to try to fit the retail space. That being said, no work has been done to accommodate that change. Upper management is using Account Executives as BDRs, because the churn for BDRs is terrible. My overall time at Fourth was a Lok, but marked with mgmt indecision and poor strategy execution. There is demand for the products, but market fit is just ok and no centralized leader driving to solve it.
