I had a nice experience, though the executive leadership team had a high turnover rate. The market demand needed to be evaluated with more scrutiny to achieve quotas and compensation targets. The product suite was a need in the market.

My overall experience is okay. Achievements are most leaders want to help you be successful. Challenge is resources are not often provided specifically at an enterprise level.

Fourth is a terrible company to work for. The leadership comes from the US and the UK side of the business is considered an afterthought even though we outperform the US. The business is failing due to poor management and leadership and the workers are suffering with pay being taken away.
