Products - good market fit potential individually, however each has different UI/UX as a result of M&A, platform is disjointed and not fully integrated Products perform/solve challenges much better than others, some are a challenge for clients Limited growth potential Lots of internal process slows sales, limited automation Very high employee turnover Quotas rarely achieved, many not realistic, which lows morale Owned by private equity, little focus on people and building a great culture long term Constant leadership and business shake ups and changes creates constant internal anxiety

While the people are good and caring, the company has not adjusted for the times and changing ICP. They are moving from focusing on restaurants to try to fit the retail space. That being said, no work has been done to accommodate that change. Upper management is using Account Executives as BDRs, because the churn for BDRs is terrible.
