It was great in the beginning but they keep increasing quota and make unrealistic goals, morale is gone, most of the people hate it there

The base I negotiated was excellent, I loved my fellow BDR's, and it was clear that the GTM team and company culture was excellent pre acquisition, but we were continuously squeezed and shafted throughout as our accounts were changed to tiny Adobe accounts with little to no PMF at an enterprise price point for SMB's.
