The company used to be an exciting place to work with fairly competitive comp and an incredible culture. Unfortunately, after a recent restructuring and numerous new C-Suite leaders, the company is unrecognizable.

FC has recently undergone a big re-org. They are restarting the flywheel of outbound and have hired an SDR team for the first time. The change is taking much longer than anticipated, so AE & CPs aren't getting quality inbounds yet.

Historically FranklinCovey has had a strong brand and great culture. While the brand still resonates, the culture has taken a hit and it is a more challenging work environment.

Every tool imaginable to help you succeed in your role, huge tech stack. Never seen a company with enablement this robust. The consensus from the field is that it's a tough sale and ramp takes a long time. Attainment is poor so toss OTE out the window.
