Former Employee My overall experience was not the greatest. Being brought in to develop and create a new department during the downturn of the mortgage market with very little resources available was a tough job day in and day out. Couple that with spotty leadership (multiple re-orgs within first 6 months) and layoffs due to the company being in the midst of a lawsuit and my overall experience was the least favorite I've had in the mortgage industry.
