My overall experience was not the greatest. Being brought in to develop and create a new department during the downturn of the mortgage market with very little resources available was a tough job day in and day out. Couple that with spotty leadership (multiple re-orgs within first 6 months) and layoffs due to the company being in the midst of a lawsuit and my overall experience was the least favorite I've had in the mortgage industry.

W as a loan advisor, got promoted to a team lead, then sales mgr. If rates are good, things are great. If rates go up, the knives come out and they cut throats to protect their fiefdoms. Toxic if market conditions aren’t ideal.
