High turnover of employees, low average deal size and low commission percentage on said deals. Draw against commission. High lead quantity but low quality. Upper management ethos is to squeeze every last drop of daily effort from employees, constantly moving goalpost for target production. Would not recommend

Leadership favorited for leads. I will not work for a company that requires 6 months of minimum wage before you have access to leads that can make money. Experience doesn’t matter only favorites do.
