Leadership and incentives have declined over the years. Hitting numbers is the only thing management cares about. Employee well being and happiness is not high on priority list.

Had a good experience with the company in the sales department. I was able to hit quota without any issues right from the start. It's a good starting point to get your sales voice prepped for bigger deals.
