SDR commission is capped, the only promotion option is HCM ISR, around 14% of ISRs hit quota, around 25% of sales positions were eliminated in 2024, and SDRs were excluded from consideration in the last round of ISR hiring. Micromanagement has increased: they don't care if you're over comp cap & ineligible for promotion, they still want a minimum number of calls per day.

Leadership views Frontline Education as the premier HCM and Admin provider in the teched segment. This leads to premier pricing. When in fact the solutions are dated, minimal integrations if you can call it that, don't communicate well, constant issues, and little to no client support.
