Former Employee Since the buy-out of Fully Managed by TELUS Business, things have gone down hill quickly. It has become a pressure cooker with a boiler room attitude looking at nothing but increasing revenue. Client retention is now non-existent and are unable to actually support our customers because of the redtape that sounds every single process.
