Overall, my experience at GE Healthcare was positive. The company is growing rapidly, now that it has become a standalone entity. Sometimes, it can seem that there are too many people performing the same tasks, which can lead to customers feeling a bit lost at times, and this can be frustrating. Currently, in terms of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), the organization is still finding its way. Although there are many women in leadership positions, there is a noticeable lack of ethnically diverse leaders at the VP level or above. So, if that is important to you, there is still a long way to go.

GE HealthCare was a positive place to work for most of my tenure. However, since the company split from GE, the culture, leadership, morale, and compensation have all declined significantly. Most in my role lost $50k in earnings potential. Many of my former colleagues are actively seeking opportunities elsewhere. Unfortunately, it’s no longer a good place to work....Read More

Had a great experience working there. Met some of the best people I’ve worked with. Had the opportunity to do very well as an Associate Account Manager and typically did. Waiting for a quarterly commission payment was sometimes tough with the base salary on the lower side.
