This role is not for everyone. It is commission only and if you have a book of business going into it, you will make a ton of money. It is tough to start from the ground up because you need to grow your business from scratch. It pays off if you perform well but getting to that point is difficult.

No quota or base comp, amazing splits on Gross Profit. Hunter role with lots of whitespace, can take time to build book of business

All or nothing at GHA. You better be ready to work harder than ever before. You only eat what you kill. No quota, no boss, just you getting it done. First 6 months are the hardest. Next 6 months allows you to see some success. If you make a year, most have leave.
