Former Employee2.0Aug 7, 2024Very unique structure, almost 100% commission based so questions like OTE and quota don't apply. Pay range for successful sales reps who either quickly build a book of business or (more likely) bring one when joining can be huge. Most reps (90%+) do not last the year.
