This position provides lackluster training very underwhelming resources and support with little to no chance of hitting the impressive numbers that are promised in the interview process. The recruiters and HR staff are very misleading and if you do not have a years worth of savings to live on, don't join this organization. 90% of my training class was gone in two months. I've never been in an organization with employee turnover so high. Interviewer beware!

No Annual base salary. No significant demand creation for marketing events of tradeshows, conferences, and webinars. NO MQLs or SQLs with automated marketing email campaigns. Very unique structure, almost 100% commission based so questions like OTE and quota don't apply. Pay range for successful sales reps who either quickly build a book of business or (more likely) bring one when joining can be huge. Most reps (90%+) do not last the year.
