Back to ReviewsFormer Employee A lot of family members from upper management work here. They tend to get things handed to them rather than other reps. Majority of upper management has been at the company for well over a decade and is the only job they’ve held. The technology is lacking with what prospects are looking for and their rates are not the best. Upper management is more concerned with chasing vanity metrics to appease share holders rather than focusing on obtaining clients and sourcing quality deals. Major LDS/Mormon community inside the company that can make one feel like an outsider or judged easily.
They do offer you the ability to work remote and leave you alone with tasks to do, not much micromanagement outside of the vanity metrics. Commissions are nice if you can bring your book over.
