GRIN had a ton of potential but after several bad decisions by leadership, hiring to fire became the norm, inbound became non existent and the company focused too much on innovation and not enough on running a stable, functioning platform so churn became awful. Poor leadership will ultimately drive this company into the ground.

The team is never hitting quota and they keep hiring. 2 layoffs in the last 8 months and they’ve let go of hundreds of sales people. Again, still hiring more- crazy.
