My overall experience is decent. Reading review of other companies and sales team I can acknowledge that Gatekeeper compensates well and has a decent culture but face similar issues as a recently funded/growing company.. this includes a lack of growth opportunities (they just keep people in the same roles with no promotion path but more work).
