Worst experience of my career. Leadership incompetent at best, unethical at worst. Entrenched silos, broken GTM strat, slow-to-adapt product and dev teams, extremely high turnover (both volunatary and involuntary), and executive leaders whistling through the graveyard, more intersted in paying consultants to revamp a slide deck than reckon with internal disfunction.

Phenomenal coworkers, but the entire sales leadership structure has turned over so many times in the past 18 months, and current leadership is terrible.
