Tremendous amount of churn in org. "One Gigamon" culture is a mask for poor exec leadership. Product can drive value but struggles for relevance in a crowded observability space. PE owned with little possibility to be acquired and not a growth business so it will not go public.

They have a wonderful group of front line sales teams. The leadership from the executive levels to SSDs is less than transparent. Executive team pretends they’re experts on software sales, but are truly out of touch with current day realities. Targets and expectations are unrealistic and there is a high turnover of leadership. The product is less relevant in the cloud and Gigamon should be a feature within other products to make it more relevant to customers.
