Lack of cohesive leadership. Good benefits. Standard base salary and bad incentive plans that make little percentage of the sales force to achieve the target

Great leadership and culture! Relevant products and pipeline. In this industry your direct manager matters the most and GSK has the ability to hire, develop and keep great sales Managers.
