Current Employee Some very interesting and intelligent individuals work at GD, and CEO Mike Danson's ability to see to the future is impressive and deserves recognition, despite questions surrounding his leadership style. As with any enterprise organisation, it has gone through many rounds of changes in senior leadership especially over the last 5 years. which doesn't encourage a huge amount of stability and trust. If you are happy to navigate through uncertainty then there is potential to earn good money, but whether it's worth the stress and constant fear of redundancy is another story. Speaking of which, the current pattern is 1 or 2 rounds of redundancies somewhere in the business per FY.
