Current Employee1.3May 31, 2024Very bad leadership, think of Glen Gary Glen Ross. Two year old leads, no coaching, Long hours 12 hour days 7 days a week. Very little compensation. If you’re ok with a 30% show ratio and dialing on zoom all day, this is the job! Bang your head ALL day for very little in return!
