2-3 weeks training, then your good to go, you’re given leads based on performance, on zoom either dialing or doing presentations 8-10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. Good leadership and possibility to move up. Great incentives. Have to put in the work to be successful here.

Training was great. Entry level pay is low, 9-5, micro managing down to seconds. You can bonus but it depends on how long you have been there. The best part is the ongoing sales training and support. It is a good place to build up skills in sales and learning insurance policies.
