Glue Up has the potential to be an IPO and titan in the association market. We have the best product. We have an amazing team. We have great leadership. However, we lack any form of senior level management for the whole company. We need to hire executives with significant talent. They can show us how to get to the next level.

Comp structure is really bad here. Props to the CEO for having such a beautifully diverse team here across all departments, it is honestly refreshing to see. The product is great and prospects in the industry are nice. The data in the CRM is super bad from previous reps who just inputted fake meetings and deals that never were even in talks.
