Good company, a lot of emphasis on training. Prospecting can be a bit tough and the inbound lead flow was a little sparse at times but everyone internally was really helpful and encouraging.

Leadership has been terrible, such a negative environment where they pick favorites and make it so easy for even a top performer to fail. Bullying and gaslighting is their style. It’s no wonder people in my role haven’t been talked about for being promoted, most of them leave. Not a healthy work environment
