Combination of inbound (majority) and outbound leads. Upselling all existing clients. The money and commission was really easy to make based off income and volume. Average rep makes 8K-10K in commission alone.

The job itself is fine. Leadership is abysmal and the reason I left without having something lined up. From the CEO down, there is a "cut expenses at costs" mentality that is shaking up tech teams. Massive quiet layoffs and outsourcing. This is all in the name of inflating the stock price because things "look good". The cost is knowledge drain and rapidly deflating...Read More
