My experience has become very negative, higher end performers are being penalized by the company experimenting with new leads. Turnover is very high right now.

Solid company. Good training program. Decent upside for sales people especially if you get promoted to the next level a few times. Account executives are paid well which is the top of the sales position promotions. Team managers don’t make enough money though.

A lot is expected of the sales agents as well as the sales manager, with a fairly low pay ceiling. And moving up in management continuously requires longer hours and days year-round, bringing in a very low work life balance. Good company with good intentions, but often poor execution in truly taking care of their people.
