It's a startup, so lots of self learning and enablement, but leadership does their best with knowledge sharing. GoLinks values their current talent and will almost always promote from within if you're a top performer.

CEO and leadership have no idea how to run a company. Not nearly transparent or successful as they want to come across. Golinks pushed hard for Series B funding with no success, hired incredibly irresponsibly and they're paying the price.
