Golinks pushed hard for Series B funding with no success, hired incredibly irresponsibly and they're paying the price. They went through layoffs in 2023, lots of rounds of firings, and recently offered voluntary severance for getting rid of the 4 day work week.
There is zero market fit with high customer churn, and consistently decreasing ARR. New products aren't selling as anticipated. New changes almost each week and unattainable quota is increasing at random.
Sales org is incredibly immature- AE's are incredibly far off from hitting quota. This shows in the sales org poor retention and 20+ sales reps fired, laid off or quit in the past year alone. They have no capacity to properly train and develop sales reps so it's very strange they are hiring yet again.
RUN, don't walk away from this failing company.
