My overall experience was fantastic, but the leadership and culture needs a lot of work. They expect you to put them before your own family. To Gold's Gym, Gold's Gym is the #1 thing in your life. Management and Leadership need to stop acting like you're still in high school. Hard work is recognized, just as much as the other one hitting bare minimum making it really hard to stay motivated to try and move up.

Gold's was a great learning experience for me. They are very corporate and by the book which has both positives and negatives. They do offer a lot of company sponsored training to enhance skills in sales, leadership, personal training and client retention depending on your role which was a big plus.
