Former Employee Gold's was a great learning experience for me. They are very corporate and by the book which has both positives and negatives.
They do offer a lot of company sponsored training to enhance skills in sales, leadership, personal training and client retention depending on your role which was a big plus.
If you are passionate about fitness and looking for a role in the fitness industry this may be a good fit for you. Current Employee Wasn't bad but you need to be a good people person and look the part
