New leadership is ratcheting back the compensation structure in a way that will make it much harder to extract value for sales overachievement. The “annuity” type incentive for selling long-term contracts is also being winnowed down.

Exec leadership is ratcheting down what used to be a great multi-year annuity on deals, beyond OTE, which is going to greatly impact overall earnings.
