The people are nice, their wages for the industry are competitive, the management and staff live and die on a day to day basis, which can be cause for unnecessary added stress. Easy sales process and weekly compensation, but they monitor every single call so you cannot have a bad day. Turnover is very high and pay is highly seasonally dependent

Great place to work, the Door to Door industry varies on how much a rep makes but in 4 months I was able to do well and make a good amount of money. Great place to work with great owners and leaders.

Good company, has since gotten a little more corporate which could mean less opportunity.
