Favoritism and lack of accountability from leadership. They were supposed to send leads for territory once a week, and for 5 months I only got sent leads 3 times. They would send me leads for random places then turn around and say I couldn’t move forward with those accounts.

The amount of incompetent at this company is staggering. The turnover here is monumental. When you succeed it is in spite of Groupon itself. The people who you work with are wonderful, but the company itself and how it is ran is lacking thoughtfulness. This is a job that you just have temporarily until you can find something better.
