This place is a revolving door with limited sales training and has expectations set for new sales people that literally no one hits. Groupon puts new employees on corrective action write ups. I was on corrective action on my 3rd month and I’m the highest performing sales rep of my class. This has been a very negative experience. All new reps have been on corrective action, literally.

My overall experience is that Groupon is going through a challenging time without strong leadership. Initial onboarding and training was weak and overly focused on product rather than skill sets.
