Becoming more corporate and numbers focused. Decent pay structure but the bar to obtain quota is very high. Training is very lackluster.

Overall it’s a good company to work for. After being bought out from the original owner, things are changing quickly and often. Some changes are good some aren’t. Just dealing with the tides currently.
