Toxic leadership that prioritizes politics, sucking up, and self preservation over company success. The UK team gets preferred deal structuring and much more flexibility when it comes to custom deal creation, while the US team is left with a standard crappy expensive non-working product to sell. Despite the disparity, everyone is held to the same quota standards. Very dated organization that desperately needs broader org transparency and innovation.

Competitive pay, but the company has been consistently lowering commission payouts Great culture and fun office atmosphere Lots of organizational changes and restructuring Uncertainty around promotions even if you perform well SDR leadership does not micro manage
